Jango the Jackalope

Jango is a Jackalope, the last of his kind. He lives in the jungles of Tselinoyarsk with his pet Noko, Nibbles. He loves jumping, climbing, and collecting fruits to make smoothies. Help him avoid the dangers of the jungles to get the freshest of fruits and tastiest of pretzels.

Jango the Jackalope is a small, browser-based game I made to get familiar with the Godot engine. It's inspired by the old Donkey Kong Arcade games. I just needed to get familiar with Godot's 2D elements, as well as basic pixel art, animation, and composition (My first whack at all of these.) I originally wanted to make this in a week, but ended up taking just over two months. I'm hoping to come back to this concept and characters at some point in the future.
